 Recipes to Try From Facebook!

Make this rub and rub it into the pork shoulder. Place in a crockpot with 1/4 cup water and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove from crockpot and shred, mix with your favorite bbq sauce and put back into the crockpot to warm for another 30-60 minutes.

Rub:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne
2 teaspoons dry mustard

Dump cake

1 20 oz. can of pineapple tidbits
1 20 oz can of cherry pie filling
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 cup of butter

Pour the pineapple into a 9×13 pan, spoon the cherry pie filling over the pineapple. Sprinkle the cake mix over the fruit. Cut the butter into small pieces and place on top over the entire top of the cake mix. Bake for 60 min at 350 degree’s. Great served with ice cream. You can use any flavor of pie filling for this as long as you have 2 cans of it.

8 pork chops, or a roast
10 T. Butter softened
4 T dijon mustard
2 T chopped chives
2 T chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper to taste
dash of paprika.

Mix butter with spices and mustard and spread on the pork chops. Grill, bake or fry until pork is cooked. When I bake or fry these I save the sauce to pour over the chops since the mustard and spices come off when you turn them over. Goes great with wild rice too. If grilling these I prefer to use a foreman grill but you can do them on a regular grill.
